Install .Net 9 by using this link: Click Me
Install 7ZIP [https://www.7-zip.org]

Installation:
Download the .7z archive from github releases, unpack it in folder where your game executable located. Run Greed.exe to configure your settings, manual is included inside the app.

Uninstall:
Delete Greed.exe, delete [SVM] ServerValueModifier folder in SPT/user/mods If you utilised CSM plugin - delete HideSpecialIcon.dll from BepInEx/Plugins

Server terminal says I am missing a loader. What should I do?

Really, you didn’t manage to read all of the messages it told you to do in server terminal?

SVM doesn’t have a default configuration file. If you haven’t applied any kind of settings, then the mod disables itself.

Create a preset and then apply it. Be sure loader.json have been created in Loader folder, so is preset in Preset Folder.

My pockets have disappeared!

Data related to your pockets’ structure is stored inside SVM.

Removing SVM from the modlist removes your pockets.

If you want to remove SVM from your modlist – Run SVM once with Case Space Manager disabled,

Then run the game, load into a profile and only afterward close the game and delete SVM.

How does level scale reward works?

Each level margin has own set of possible rewards and their chances, for example:

When your PMC level is 25, daily quest completion will reward you with:

~32k roubles, 6GP coins and 5 items.

If you were over level 30, you’d have bigger rewards, vice versa if you were level 19.

You can adjust both levels, and rewards fields.

You have to keep the amount of level ranges and reward sets within same amount.

How does Skill Leveling efficiency works?

Taken from the Escape from Tarkov Wiki:

Each skill has a leveling speed modifier depending on how many full skill points have been earned recently in the raid:

1. 129%: Before the first skill point, the leveling speed is at 129% (denoted by a blue arrow ).

2. 100%: After the first skill point, the leveling speed is normal or 100% (denoted by the lack of an arrow).

3. < 100%: After the first 2 skill points, the leveling speed is calculated using the formula

0.6 ^ (Earned Points - 1) * 100, where earned points are rounded down to the nearest digit

(e.g. 0.6 ^ (2 - 1) * 100 = 60%; denoted by a red arrow ).

After not earning any skill points for 200 seconds, the modifier is reset for that skill.

Keep in mind that unlike at the start of the raid, the earned points counter

is set to 1 in this case, which means you don’t start with the 129% modifier

but with the 100% modifier.

Advanced Features:

What is
Individual Item Changer?

This feature will allow you to change mostly anything related to items.json.

It will take an effect after all the other settings in ‘Items and Stash’.

For easy item browsing I recommend using the Item Finder, the link for which is in “Discord and Website Links”
above.
Be advised, first
_props/Properties
shouldn’t be declared,

but it will require internal grids and slots structures.

The order of applying changes go this way – Parent IIC, Default IIC

Price changer is independent and is not affected by the rest.

You can insert values and arrays of values using this structures:

For Default IIC and Parent IIC

ID:Property:Value

ID:Property:[Array,Of,Values]

ID:Structure:Property:Value

ID:ExternalStructure:Array:InternalStructure:Property:Value

Most structures can support expressions: add, subtract, division, multiplication and equals (+,-,/,*,=)

ID:Property:Expression:Value

String based structures can support expressions: add, substract(+,-)

ID:Property:Expression:[Array,Of,Values]

Here are some examples you can try by copy-pasting:

Default IIC:

Morphine with 2 uses:

544fb3f34bdc2d03748b456a:MaxHpResource:2

Here are the examples on Parent IIC:

All stimulators with 2 uses:

5448f3a64bdc2d60728b456a:MaxHpResource:2

All magazines have +10 ergonomics:

5448bc234bdc2d3c308b4569:Ergonomics:+:10

Caution, some fields have different names in SPT structure than it is in JSON/DB, In most cases fields should start with first letter being Uppercase and often every single word too, and no extra symbols, some are being handled by Greed, for example ‘_max_count’ being changed to ‘MaxCount’, keep that in mind.
Currently handled ones: “effects_damage”, “effects_health”, “_mergewithchildren” and example above.

Price Changer

Price Changer is the most simple one, made of 3 fields:

ID:Expression:Value

It support equals, add, subtract, division and multiplication (=,+,-,/,*)

Example:

60 Round AK magazine price multiplied by 2.5

55d482194bdc2d1d4e8b456b:*:2.5

All stimulators cost 1337 more

5448f3a64bdc2d60728b456a:+:1337

Fleamarket > Add Multiplier to the item’s price:

SPT’s field, allows multiplying the price explicitly for flea market AI offers, good for balancing keycards/keys/cases

Very simple form, ID:Value, nothing else is accepted.

Example:

1)Marked key costs 1.8 more

5780cf7f2459777de4559322:1.8 – PS: Exist in DB by default

Create a new trader offer:

This box allows you to add an offer to any trader with your own price and type of currency on any desired loyalty
level.

It accepts short names for currency (USD,RUB,EUR,GP) but you can also set any desired item ID

It also accepts most of vanilla trader names (Therapist,Mechanic,Ref,Prapor,Skier,Ragman,Peacekeeper,Jaeger) but same with currency – can accept any ID

Hard exceptions: Do not use Fence, Lightkeeper and any other trader that doesn’t have items structure/trade functionality

Since 2.1.0 you can now completely clear trader assort by typing Name:CLEAR

Example:

Therapist sells Item Case for 15000 USD at loyalty level 2

Therapist:USD:15000:59fb042886f7746c5005a7b2:2

Remove all Ref offers

Ref:CLEAR

SAIN 3.0: New Features:

New Combat AI

Fully replaced combat logic.

AI Will Run for cover while reloading and using first aid.

Entirely new decision system and framework.

Bots will move outside their bot-zones to investigate gunfire or chase enemies.

Full Bot Customization and Difficulty Modifications while in-game.

Press f6 (Default Key) to open new in-game GUI.

Includes difficulty presets that modify SAIN config settings.

These presets have no influence on other difficulty options in other mods or the selected difficulty when starting a raid. They are ONLY for quickly changing SAIN gui settings.

New Tracking of Last Known Position for bots.

Bots will only use real sensory information to track where they last saw or heard you, and will remember that location for longer. Bots will share this info if they are in a group, and either using headsets, or close by to friendlies.

When making lots of noise from 1 place, bots will get increasingly accurate information on where a sound came from, and be able to see their target from further away, and see them faster if they heard them from the same place that they currently are. Repositioning is key!

Bot Extracts

PMCs and Scavs will move to extract at the end of raid, or if they are heavily injured and can’t heal.

If using Looting Bots, SAIN will track how much loot they’ve gained during a raid (Net-Loot-Value) and can decide to leave if they are satisfied.

Can be configured in “Looting Bots” tab in Global Settings.

Bots React to you reloading, healing, pulling out grenades, pulling pins on grenades, using surgery, or looting.

Yes you can bait the AI now.

New Cover System for AI

Bots use objects around them in the real gameworld rather than preset static points.

Anywhere there is NavMesh and objects, bots will take cover and fight properly.

New AI Personality System

Bots are assigned a personality preset that influences their decisions and talk behavior.

Bots with excellent gear will be more aggressive, taunt their enemy, and wait for enemies to show up far less frequently.

Currently Implemented: GigaChad, Snapping Turtle, Wreckless, Chad, Rat, Coward, Timmy, Normal.

New Squad Personality System

Groups of bots will have specific personalities that affects how vocal they are, their coordination, and their aggression level.

Currently Implemented: GigaChads, Elite, TimmyTeam6, Rats, Normal

**New Talk System

Solo bots are less talkative.

Bot Groups now use a complex system to call out enemy locations, friendly status, their current actions, and requests to other group members in close proximity.

Squad leaders will call out orders for bots based on the situation.

Personality Specific Voice Behaviors

Rats and Timmys may beg for their life and try to stop you from shooting them.

Chads/GigaChads will taunt enemies.

and a few secret rare events that I wont spoil.

New AI Voice Response System

AI of certain personalities will respond to voicelines from both the player, and other bots, so if you start talking shit, they might start talking back!

Friendly bots will voice line back to you, so you can more easily tell when a friendly is nearby so you don’t lose that scav karma.

New Squad Tactics

Squads will work together.

Groups of scavs and especially PMCs are far more dangerous than before. Think carefully before engaging a group of well armed PMCs!

Squads will try to help friendly members if they are in trouble

Squads regroup around their squad leader if they drift too far.

Squads will suppress enemies around a corner while a friendly is retreating to heal or reload.

New Squad Leader System

Each group of bots is assigned a squad leader who gives commands and behaves differently.

Killing this squad leader will leave groups less combat effective by disabling Squad Specific bot actions.

Try to ID a squad leader and kill them first to make a group easier to deal with!

Bot Blind Fire

Bots will blindfire over objects in the direction of their enemy.

Advanced Search Behavior and Movement

Bots will try to peek corners and clear dangerous areas while searching for enemies.

Bots now make full use of stimulators and injectors in their inventory.

Bots will use hand gestures to friendlies instead of voicelining if those friendlies are within line of sight.

Certain equipment items provide buffs or debuffs to stealth against AI if further than 50 meters away. Will work on adding these to the description for items, and expanding on the system for easily adding new items or configuring these values in the future.

Currently Implemented:

Tan Ulach - 7.5% faster vision speed

Blue Untar Helmet - 10% faster vision speed

Boonie Hats - 20% slower vision speed

Pilgrim Backpack - 10% faster vision speed

RAID (couch) backpack - 7.5% faster vision speed.

Any face cover - 5% slower vision speed.

Revamped scatter system for bots based on their weapons recoil stats.

You can adjust this in the f12 menu. If a mod you are using lowers recoil for weapons, bots will also have reduced recoil!

There are additional settings available if advanced settings are enabled in the f12 menu (Checkbox at the top) but I do not recommend messing with this without some fine tuning, or bots won’t be able to hit anything.

Flashlight detection and blinding for bots.

Bots can detect your flashlight beam being shined around and will investigate, they estimate the position and the accuracy is based on distance to to the object being illuminated.

Bots are blinded by flashlights at close range, they will have increased recoil and slower aim speed.

Dynamic Lean.

Bots will lean based on objects around them and their enemies position, and can do so while peeking corners.

Weather affects bot visibility.

Poor weather conditions will actually have an affect on how well bots can see and how fast they see you.

More accurate time-of-day vision.

Bot vision will gradually reduce as darkness falls or increase as the sun rises. in vanilla, it changes very rapidly, but only after the sun is completely set.

Sound occlusion for bot hearing.

The distance bots can hear sounds is affected by objects between them and the source. The more objects - the higher the occlusion.

Gunshot audible range based on weapon caliber.

In Vanilla, bots hear all unsuppressed weapons at the same range. Now this scales depending on the caliber properly.

Subsonic ammo is quieter for bots.

Using a suppressor + subsonic ammo will have a dramatic effect on the range bots can hear your gunshots.

Rain affects bot hearing.

Heavy rain will reduce the range bots can hear sounds.

Semi-auto firemode swap for bots firing at 40+ meters.

Bots will automatically swap to semi auto when engaging targets at range.

Recoil, Ergo, Ammo-Type based fire-rate and full auto burst length.

How fast bots shoot is affected by their weapon stats. So low recoil guns will be fired in semi auto at a faster rate at long range, and bots will fire longer burts at close range.

How do I configure the mod?

Press f6 while in-game.

Bots have wallhack!

They do not. Bots are hearing you.

The intention is that if you can hear a bot, they can hear you.

Stop sprinting everywhere, be aware that turning in place creates a skid noise and it can be heard by bots, just like a real player can hear it.

If your character makes a noise, it can be heard with only a few exceptions.

Bot hearing tries to simulate what a real player can hear to as close as possible, but I’m always tweaking and adjusting things.

My Spawns are messed up!

SAIN does not touch bot spawns, loadouts, or anything else that isn’t explicitly listed. SAIN is purely bot behavior and actions.

How do the difficulty presets work in the GUI?

The presets ONLY modify settings within the SAIN GUI. They have no impact on any other mod or what difficulty you select when starting a raid.

How do I make the bots smarter?

You can’t. There is no magical button to make ai do smarter or new things, it has to be manually programmed and designed, this is a replacement AI, so anything the bots do has to be designed and built.

Bots will sometimes get stuck in healing animations

Bots will sometimes vault into places they can’t get down from. (Mostly resolved in recent versions, but can still happen sometimes)

Sometimes random stuff in EFT code becomes null, and causes sain code to throw errors.

Bots can do some stupid stuff sometimes, always working on it but creating code for every possible situation is difficult.

Bots sometimes spin in place when trying to look to where they are trying to run, probably just need to adjust some distance thresholds to fix this.

Bots like to crouch every time they start shooting a target that appears

Bots hear gunshots/footsteps from way too far while in areas like the Reserve bunker

Bots don’t take into consideration bodies in the place they are trying to search (will take a lot of rework and a new system to fix this)

HANB allows you to reset your hand controller and certain queued events in the inventory controller to get out of the “Hands are busy” bug. It works best if you have a weapon equipped and use the hotkey as soon as the bug happens. Stay calm, don’t and simply press the hotkey to fix your hands.

Can I change the hotkey?

Yes, in the Configuration Manager (F12) you can change the hotkey. Default is ‘End’.

What should I avoid doing with HANB?

Do not spam the key, click it once gently and wait. Clicking it in rapid succession will most likely cause more harm.

What do I do if it didn’t work or want to report a bug/incompatibility?

Report the exact steps you were doing to make your hands get stuck, and provide a log file so that I can try to reproduce it and add support for that specific scenario in the mod. “Hands are busy” is a very complicated bug to fix and this is a hacky workaround. So far it has been consistently working for me as long as the explained steps are followed.

How do I install/uninstall the mod?

Extract/remove the ‘HandsAreNotBusy.dll’ file to/from your BepInEx\plugins folder.

Lots of Loot Redux

A mod for SPT that makes loot a lot less scarce, definitively nowhere near vanilla though this mod’s configuration file is very detailed and everything can be tuned up or down depending on the user’s needs.

Features:

Loot in loose loot containers

This mod re-adds the pre 12.12 feature of items spawning in loose containers, as well as expanding on that functionality by also allowing it to use this feature for backpacks as well.

Marked rooms

Lots of Loot Redux introduces full configurability for marked rooms. Want more loot? Less loot? Rare items only? With the customizable settings this mods gives you can easily fine-tune these to your liking.

And plenty more!

This mod aims to change that.

Each running step, sprinting step, sneaking step, voice line, or gunshot within the configurable range will automatically show up on your HUD. There is a small arrow indicator clarifying if the sound is above or below you, but no arrow indicator if it’s level with you. The distance of these sounds can be interpreted based on how large the indicator is, and how faded it starts out. Each indicator will then fade on it’s own, unless the source of the sound is repeated.

Each indicator is tied to the first bot that makes the specified sound, so if you see multiple indicators, there are multiple bots!

What on God’s green earth is this?

The various tarkov special effects are somewhat anemic, or completely missing (e.g. shooting ground with grass generates no impacts at all). HollywoodFX is a mod that represents the wholesale engoodening of special effects. Think EFT RAID. Think the Lobby Scene from The Matrix. Think John Woo movies. If your target isn’t covered in smoke, debris and sparks after emptying a mag into them, we aren’t doing it right. That being said, I don’t want to go overboard and turn it into a complete joke. The idea is to strike a nice balance.

Screenshots really don’t do this mod justice, check out the videos on the Media tab. NB: the videos will invariably get a bit outdated over time, but they are representative of what the mod does.

Simply extract the zip file into your SPT game folder.

DrakiaXYZ’s gif for installing a mod:

Configuration

There are two main components in the mod:

HollywoodFX: replaces, adds and enhances the various special effects in the game.

HollywoodGraphics: improves the graphics and lighting fidelity, along with a few bells and whistles like lens flares.

Note: HollywoodGraphics will turn itself off if Amand’s Graphics mod is installed to avoid compatibility issues

Each of these components has it’s own F12 menu to add a bit of structure. I tried to put reasonably descriptive tooltips over every configuration setting, so I’m not going to repeat things here (it’d get out of date fairly fast anyway).

A notable feature is the configuration templates, which allow you to quickly reset everything to defaults, or use the settings that I personally prefer:

NB: Ignore the reset button, it does nothing in this particular case.

Performance Issues

HollywoodFX in and itself isn’t particularly performance intensive. I took a lot of care to write efficient code, I religiously avoid allocations andcarried out a significant amount of profiling**.** Some impact is inevitable due to the multitude of high fidelity effects. In practice I observe no more than a couple of % during firefights. If you have noticeable performance issues, it is likely to be overly ambitious graphics settings for your hardware, mod conflicts, hardware issues, OS issues, driver issues, etc. People successfully run HollywoodFX on GTX 1080ti cards and 6-7 year old CPUs, albeit with appropriately low quality settings.

That being said, there are quite a few avenues to alleviate problems. Generally, there are two main issues that crop up:

VRAM bottleneck. You don’t have enough VRAM available for the texture quality and screen resolution you have picked.

CPU bottleneck. You have a potato CPU, it has throttling issues, you are running too many computationally intensive tasks, etc.

We’ll deal with each of these in turn. Note, I’m not going to offer generic advice like using process lasso, tuning your bios, etc - just pointers at how to diagnose things in-game and what settings have the biggest impact.

VRAM Issues

This is by far the most common problem, as Tarkov is not good at managing the VRAM budget. It is driven by two settings: the Screen Resolution and Texture Quality you configure in-game. If you set these too high and run out of VRAM, the game will have to start copying data between RAM and VRAM all the time, causing stutters.

As a guidance, you should have at least 16gb VRAM if you intend to run Texture Quality at “high” with a Screen Resolution of 1440p and above. If you have less than 12gb VRAM, pick medium or low Texture Quality.

The first step to diagnosing VRAM issues is the open the command console with the ` key and run the command “fps 3” without the quotes. The game will show a little diagnostic panel on the top right like this:

The important lines you want to look at are: VRAM Budget and VRAM Usage. If your Usage gets to within 80-90% of the Budget, your texture quality settings are likely too high. Try dropping them down a notch and see if the Usage improves. You really want this number no more than 70-75% of the Budget to avoid hiccups. Note, this number is likely to be heavily map dependent. Don’t test it on Factory, that’s the least problematic map. Test it on Shoreline or Streets even.

Dropping the Screen Resolution should be a last resort, but can also help as the game picks texture sizes dynamically to maximize the fidelity at your Screen Resolution.

CPU Issues

The effects with the highest CPU impact are explosions and finisher gore (volumetric blood and particles created during a killshot). These create a fair amount of particles and explosions require some upfront computations. While modern CPUs should be able to process these without a hitch, older Intel models can struggle. If you get consistent stutters during explosions and when enemies die on-screen, these might be causing problems. People with AMD CPUs with 3d cache and top of the shelf Intel CPUs should not struggle, and if you do, the issue is elsewhere.

Explosion Fidelity Tuning

The sliders to concentrate on are these:

In particular, I recommend decreasing Smoke & Dust Density to 0.5 (or even lower). If you still have issues, try decreasing Compute Fidelity to 0.5 as well. Note, very low Compute Fidelity values will compromise the accuracy of confinement detection and you might see stuff going through solid walls.

Gore Fidelity Tuning

The section in question is this:

Try decreasing squirts, spray and finishers to 0. The default values are quite conservative and should be fine even on older hardware, but exceptionally old CPUs might struggle.

Robust camera collision handling. The camera always strives to keep the player visible and avoid small niches or holes in the environment.

Gun stance sync (ie automatic shoulder swap based on lean or camera stance)

Grenade ballistic arc assist for those trick shots (via the bundled Janky’s Visual Assist mod)

Configuration

Most of the settings in the Plugin Configuration Menu should be self explanatory and contain a tooltip with more information.

To get started, I list out a few common configuration schemes and explain the reasoning behind them a bit. Finally, there’ll be a short skinny on Stance Control, because that’s arguably the most complicated to grasp.

Common Configuration Schemes

Janky’s Special

I play 99% 3rd person. The only time I do FPV is when using a magnifying optic. Which is not often because I’m an obligate shotgun enjoyer.

I swap shoulders quite frequently to get a better view. For this reason, I bound the Q and E to the Left and Right Stances respectively. Q and E are also used for leaning, but just gently tapping the button will set the camera stance without doing any actual leaning. The reason why I don’t use the “Stance Swap Cam On Lean” is because I sometimes want to change the stance while sprinting, and the game doesn’t allow leaning while sprinting.

Mouse3 is bound to ADS Mode Swap, so that I can easily swap between FPV and 3rd person for magnifying optic sights.

Finally, I have the gun stance synched to the Camera. If the camera is on the left side, I want the PMC to wield the gun on the left side as well and maximize the visibility.

Tarkov Veteran’s Folly

Very simple setup, this is for the Tarkov vets who want to have separate control for the gun stance and the cam stance. There’s just one button to swap between left and right camera stances, the gun stance is handled by the game and M3 switches between FPV and 3rd person modes so that you can shoot the pimple off a scav sniper’s buttocks from the dorms.

NB: The gun stance synch must be set to None, otherwise it’ll override your attempts to shoulder swap.

A Short Poem Haiku Tale Verbiage On Stance Control

Stance Control defines when and how the camera stance is swapped between the right and left shoulders and also how the camera stance interacts with the gun stance (called
Shoulder Transition
in game).

Toggle Stance Key: simple switches the camera between the left and right stances

Left/Right Side Stance Key: these move the camera to the left and right side respectively. If the camera is on the matching side already, then they do nothing. E.g. pressing the Right Side Stance Key when the camera is already on the right shoulder will do nothing.

Stance Swap Cam On Lean: instead of defining shortcuts, you can have the camera automatically swap stances depending on your lean direction.

Gun Stance Sync: Defines whether the gun stance is synced with something else. Available options are: Cam, Lean and None.

Cam: synchronises the gun stance to the camera stance. If the camera is on the left, the gun will be shoulder swapped to the left and vice versa.

Lean: synchronises the gun stance to the lean. Leaning left will automatically shoulder swap the gun to the left and vice versa.

None: the gun stance isn’t synchronized to anything.

Speed up your sales!
A remarkably convenient quick-sell add-on lurks in the Addon tab, waiting patiently for you to notice it.
As many of you have seen in the recent announcements from the SPT developers on Discord about the changes with Tarkov 1.0, the long-term outlook for SPT and FIKA is uncertain. If you haven’t read their message yet, you can find it here:

https://discord.com/channels/875684761291599922/875706629260197908/1439239841895158022

FIKA will no longer be adding major new features, focusing instead on support and bug fixes for as long as SPT remains viable.

For my mod, I’ll be taking a similar approach: I’ll continue providing maintenance updates and fixing bugs, but I don’t currently plan to develop new large-scale features. The project has grown far beyond what I expected when I started it, and it has genuinely been great to read your feedback and turn it into improvements. Thank you for every comment and conversation on Discord.

The mod’s source code is available on GitHub, so if anyone wants to fork it and build new features on top of it, feel free - you have my blessing.

SMTM

What does it do?

Imagine examining an item in Tarkov and having the game whisper gently into your ear:
“Here’s exactly how much money this thing is worth, who will buy it, and whether selling it is a brilliant idea or a catastrophic financial farce.”

That’s what SMTM does. It modifies the in-game tooltip to reveal:

The trader who will pay you the most (because some traders appreciate your junk more than others)

The flea market price required to achieve a 100% chance of sale

Both price per slot and total price, helpfully highlighted so you don’t have to do arithmetic

Optional inclusion of flea market taxes, for those who enjoy pain

Version 1.5.0+ adds color-coding based on the World of Warcraft rarity scheme - from poor (grey, sad, mildly apologetic) to legendary (orange, smug, expensive).

The server-side portion of the mod exposes an endpoint that politely hands the client mod the relevant backend configuration and flea prices.

Everything is configured through the BepInEx Configurator.
And yes, the mod is designed to whisper requests to the SPT server, not shout them.

Requirements

Practically none. If you can run SPT, you can run this.

If you use the FIKA headless client:

Splendid news: Do not install anything there. Seriously, don’t. It will only cause complications, headaches, and possibly the rising of ancient eldritch forces. Add this mod to your
Exclusions.json
if you use Corter’s Mod Sync.

Configuration

Access the BepInEx Configurator (usually via F12 or F1) and behold:

Here you can also summon fresh flea market prices from the server. This is particularly handy if you’re using SPT-LiveFleaPrices, which updates prices regularly but not telepathically.

Just to be clear: Triggering this does not cause LiveFleaPrices itself to contact the celestial flea-market-gods. It simply fetches whatever your SPT server already knows.

Remarks

Changes to trader price markups (e.g., via SVM) are automatically accounted for.

Multiple languages are supported, but if something looks as if it was spat out by a malfunctioning Babel Fish, leave a comment. Disabling color-coding may help.

Known compatibility

SPT-LiveFleaPrices ≥ v2.0.1 (DrakiaXYZ)

UIFixes ≥ v5.0.5 (Tyfon)

ODT’s Item Info ≥ v2.0.2 (kobethuy)

Note: ODT’s Item Info has Opinions™ about how color-coding should work. It may overwrite item-name color, but price colors remain intact.

All Quests Checkmarks ≥ v1.3.1 (ZGFueDkx)

MoreCheckmarks ≥ v2.0.0 (VIPkiller17)

Planned features/changes

… (imagine a gentle, wistful sigh here)

Known problems

A friend of mine occasionally experiences a stuck tooltip when using the flea-tax toggle. I have investigated this thoroughly and discovered that… I still have no idea why it happens.

Some weapons feature suffixes like “Carbine.” These sometimes refuse to participate in color-coding. Possibly out of spite.

Problems that may occur

Traders added by other mods may or may not play nicely with the price system.

The flea-tax toggle exists to maintain peace between tooltip-altering mods. If something goes wrong, let me know.

(Last updated Feb 02, 2026 — SMTM v2.7.0)

How do I install SMTM?

Extract the folders into your SPT directory. If that sounds too simple, consult the installation section(s).

How do I configure SMTM?

Press F12 or F1. A configuration window will appear, as if summoned from a parallel dimension.

Is there a quick-sell addon?

Yes! It has its own tab. It is quite proud of this.

No price information appears. What now?

Check your installation. Reinstall if confused. Also, please don’t use WinRAR to extract
.7z
files. It sometimes mangles them like a clumsy Vogon.

No flea market prices?

You must unlock the flea market unless you enable “Always show flea market price.” If prices are missing entirely, the server component is probably not installed correctly.

I get SSL errors. Help?

Unlikely to be SMTM’s fault. SSL in Tarkov behaves like a paranoid toaster. Seek help on the SPT Discord.

What does the
(+)
in the tooltip mean?

This indicates that the displayed flea market price includes all attachments/mods. If the sign is missing, the price refers only to the base item.

Why do flea prices differ from the average?

Because:

SMTM shows the 100% sell-chance price, not the average.

It updates flea data every 5 minutes to avoid server overload.

Live Flea Prices may cause sudden market lurches.

The flea market is fundamentally chaotic, briefly capable of holding an opinion, and possibly drunk.

Displayed flea prices seem wildly wrong. Why?

Check your settings (SPT, SVM, SMTM, etc.). If still wrong, report details: item, expected vs shown price, screenshots, logs, the alignment of Jupiter, etc.

Armor plates don’t affect flea price. Why?

Because SPT 4.0.4 also ignores plate value in its sell-chance logic. SMTM 2.5.0 can display plate value separately. SPT 4.0.5 may fix this.

Key remaining-uses don’t affect the price. Why?

SPT 4.0.4 bug. A 1/40 key and a 40/40 key sell for the same amount. SMTM mimics SPT’s logic.
SPT 4.0.5 fixed this bug. Update for SMTM (2.5.1) is available.

Support & Feature Requests

I maintain this in my spare time, between bouts of existential dread and tea.
Please be patient.

Why this mod exists

My friends and I play SPT co-op via FIKA.
We used another price-display mod that turned our poor little VServer into a molten puddle of lag.
Requests flooded in like panicked bureaucrats. The server begged for mercy.

So I built a new plugin. This one. Designed to be gentle, efficient, and unlikely to ignite anything.

It worked splendidly, so I shared it.

Shout-out to the SPT team and all modders.
You’re brilliant, bewildering, and beloved.

In summary:

SPT is the back-end server that allows you to start the game without using BSG servers — it provides the player profile, inventory, flea market, and many other Escape From Tarkov features.

Fika is the mod component that adds cooperative multiplayer capabilities which allow players to host or join a raid to play together.

Fika uses SPT (with the Fika-Server plugin) as the back-end server for profile and lobby management.

Fika uses a Server <-> Client UDP networking model for game play. While Fika is still in development, the general consensus is that network performance is better than Escape From Tarkov live (provided the host has proper networking capabilities). Fika 2.0 (coming with SPT 4.0) will have much better net code than live, outperforming both speed, bandwidth usage and accuracy.

You cannot play Fika without owning a legitimate copy of Escape From Tarkov.

Fika does not offer a global matchmaking service. Only players connected to the same server can create or join raids.

Certain SPT mods are incompatible with Fika. SPT mods are typically designed for a standard SPT installation, which does not include multiplayer functionality. It is the responsibility of the mod’s author to make their mod compatible with Fika, if they choose to do so.

You can toggle whether to show listing price or average price in the tooltip in the F12 menu.

The idea came from Simdola, who tried other similar mods. The problem is that they require either a server side component, or another mod to be used. This mod is very simple, performant, safe and has very little interference with base game logic.

New with 1.1.3

You can now choose the currency you want to list in

New with 1.1.0

You can now hold SHIFT while posting to post all items of similar type

The text will show ([1s, 10x] 1000) where S represents stacks, X amount (e.g. for stackable ammo) and 1000 is the total gain from posting it (or listing price, depending on your settings).

Limitations:

You can only place the same amount that you are restricted to on the flea (the button won’t appear otherwise)

If you right-click a stacked item, it will always place the full stack. Split before posting

This does not let you post normally flea-restricted items

This does not bypass FiR requirements for the flea

Bugs:

Sometimes the SPT server doesn’t execute the callback properly, this happens even without the mod. If you see a flashing item you need to restart the game. This needs to be fixed by the SPT development team.

Controls

The general control scheme looks something like this:

General:

Show list of active drones (with Radio Controller): RightMouse
Start piloting (with Radio Controller): LeftMouse

Keyboard (Drone):

Apply throttle - W
Yaw left/right - A/D
Pitch up/down - UpArrow/DownArrow
Roll clockwise/counter-clockwise - RightArrow/LeftArrow
Toggle armed - K
Exit drone view - Backspace

Controller (Drone):

Left stick up - Throttle
Left stick left/right - Yaw
Right stick up/down - Pitch
Right stick left/right - Roll
Toggle armed - Y
Exit drone - B

Controls for keyboard and mouse can be changed in F12 for both the FPV and Recon drones. The mod also supports XInput, which means it has controller support.

Documentation

Some Important information you may need to know.

Installation

The install is dead-simple. Decompress the downloaded archive (the single
.exe
file) into the root folder of your SPT install. It should be in the same location as your
EscapeFromTarkov.exe
within your SPT directory.

To uninstall the tool, simply delete the
.exe
file from the root of the install, and optionally, the additional files mentioned in the next tab.

API Key

On first run you will be asked for a Forge API key. Get one here.

Additional Files

This mod saves files into your system’s
%APPDATA%/SptCheckMods/
directory. There are currently three files types which are stored there.

Rotating log files:
%APPDATA%/SptCheckMods/logs/checkmod.log

API key storage:
%APPDATA%/SptCheckMods/apikey.txt

Last run mod records:
%APPDATA%/SptCheckMods/mod_records.json

Network Connections

It should go without saying, but this mod makes external connections to
https://forge.sp-tarkov.com
to validate and fetch mod information over the Forge API. There are no other network connections made. The source is available if you wish to independently verify or compile yourself. This is a requirement of the tool.

WTT-ContentBackport brings 1.0 content to SPT 4

This mod adds virtually EVERY new item, clothing, hideout customization, voice line, and character head from the 1.0 release. If you’ve been curious what the live version added, it’s all here.

Content Added:

All new weapons, attachments, and gear

Character customization (heads, clothing, voices)

Hideout upgrades and decorations

Barter items, food, and medical supplies

New ending environments + Miami environment

Custom WTT Achievements for unlocking some of the exclusive items

What’s Different from Live 1.0

We couldn’t backport everything—here’s what’s missing:

Live Achievements + Quest content. No main story (yet?)

New prestige levels UPDATE NOW THERE’S A MOD FOR THAT :0 https://forge.sp-tarkov.com/mod/2540/content-backport-prestiges#versions

Terminal, and any reworked maps (labs, interchange, ect)

What we did rebuild:

All automatic weapons were reconstructed from scratch to work properly in SPT. BIG shoutout to Eco and Eukyre for undertaking this project.

How to Unlock Content

Option 1: Achievements - We’ve added achievable unlock conditions for Twitch drops, preorder content, and other exclusive items. Earn them naturally as you play. You can see these achievements in your achievements tab, as well as the unlock conditions for each.

Option 2: Cheat Codes - Use Commando commands to unlock everything instantly. Open a chat with “Commando” in your friends list, type
help
to Commando to see all available commands. If there is no Commando in your friends list, you more than likely have Fika installed disabling Commando from being used. These achievements are HIDDEN, the ONLY way to see what they do is to use them. FAFO

Example command:

spt nikitasvoice

Unlocks Nikita’s voice for your faction (BEAR/USEC).

Note: Some unlocks require a game restart. Menu refresh is needed before achievements display on your character if they’re earned via cheats. We’re actively working on a solution to both issues.

Credits

This wouldn’t exist without our team:

EpicRangeTime - Project setup, item balancing, backend compatibility work

Eco - Rebuilt all weapons from scratch with soundbank changes

Eukyre - Custom sound design for backported weapons, json coder extraordinaire

Pigeon - His one single broken commit (kidding, i just love poking fun at him)

Crackbone - Adding items to static loot because nobody else wanted to

What is WTT?

What is Welcome To Tarkov?

Welcome To Tarkov (WTT) is a mod for SPT AKI that has been in development for over a year. What started as a small passion project has grown in size to incorporate 15+ core members as well as contributions from other well-known mod authors and friends of WTT alike.

How does Welcome To Tarkov change the game?

As a mod, WTT overhauls SPT AKI, touching on almost every vanilla game system, as well as adding completely new systems to the game and its core mechanics. Inspired by open-world hardcore survival projects like STALKER: Anomaly and STALKER: GAMMA, WTT takes SPT’s artificial multiplayer MMO difficulty adders and replaces them with a challenging world economy, loot scarcity rebalancing, a lore friendly quest overhaul, and a map-traveling system built from rewritten portions of the Traveler mod allowing seamless travel between maps. Aside from its changes to the game’s core properties, WTT also adds to the world’s variety of traders, NPC’s, characters, items, and quests:

Over 1,000 custom bundles adding new weapons, attachments, wearables, containers, food, medical, and barter items.

New bosses with their own custom gear that will be properly incorporated into WTT’s quest lines.

New, meaningful traders with their own lore-friendly quests and narrative elements to help the player progress through the story-line of WTT.

New playable characters and outfits that will add to the player’s customization abilities.

New quest types incorporating brand new map extraction points, putting the player’s knowledge and familiarization of SPT’s maps to the test.

Welcome To Tarkov stands as one of the largest mods created for SPT AKI thus far.

When does Welcome To Tarkov release?

Thursday.

Which Thursday?

TBD
