you put the “zzz-remove-ergo-penalty” folder in user/mods/

it should look like user/mods/zzz-remove-ergo-penalty/

Notice the folder is named “zzz-remove-ergo-penalty”.

Server mods load alphabetically.

If the modded weapon mod has a name something like “zzzzz-MCX-Spear”, it wouldn’t work. If it has a normal name like “HK-53 mod” or “M-LOK foregrip”, ergo penalty would be removed, as my mod is loaded after.
