Tarkov's balance is built on the idea of "the rich get richer, the poor get shot."

This works for multiplayer, but for a single player game freedom of choice is important.

In vanilla there are very few 'meta' builds, and they all look exactly the same, gross!

With this mod, all pistol grips and handguards are rebalanced and put into reasonable categories that fit a specific mission, while all being a little closer together.

There is a "meta" category, where several parts now share the same properties as what were formerly best in slot.

There is now a "meta ergo" category, parts with good (but not bis) recoil but better ergo than previously existed even in meta builds.

There are "good" parts, with values that match their meta counterparts in one way, but are worse in the other,

and then there are "meh" parts, which are still a little better than in stock.

I made this mod so that you are more free to make your gun look how you want it - a perfectly customized gun will still be far better than stock, or a haphazard mixture of parts based exclusively on looks.

Also; note to all my FDE Operators - I love you guys, and have made sure that there will always be a tan part in any given best in slot category, so that you can be the tannest of mans. Stay Gold, FDE-Boy.

At the end of the day, a fully meta build will still be best in slot, and will be only about 2pts of ergo better than it would have been in livekov - this is not an OP patch, and has no intention of allowing you to break the game. This is for creative freedom, not to cheat.
