Maximilyon "Maxim" Volkov is a former FSB agent assigned by the BEAR military company to the officer corps of the city guard. During the fall of Tarkov, it was believed that he and his team were responsible for the collapse of the local command structure of the Russian army, leading the anarchy and dissolution of any military bearing in the region. Surveillance suggests that he allies himself with BEAR forces trapped in the region in order to accomplish his goals of vengeance, or vindication, against the people who he believes led to his exile in the hellish wasteland of Tarkov. BEARs should seek caution if they choose to engage with this dangerous man in exchange for his stockpile of resources.

The purpose of this trader is to provide both high quality Russian ammunition to players who are tired of keeping their best weapons sidelined for raid-exclusive ammo, as well as develop a new and unique questline for players to enjoy as they make their way through the city ruins. My end goal with this trader, is to pit your PMC against the world of Tarkov, and give them an avenue to return home by helping Maxim accomplish his mission in the city.
