Little improvements to most meds like more usages for stims.
I wanted a bit better meds so I made some changes here some:
- Increased stims usages
- Increased health on Ifak, Afak, Salewa and Car Kit
- Reduced costs on healing bleeding
- Now army bandages cures heavy bleeding
You can modify the content and redistribute without permission, just leave a credit if you do it
