corpse cleaner for SPTarkov
### usage
this mod add a “DELETE” action in action menu after “SEARCH” action, it can delete the target (crosshair foucsed) corpse for who want loot and delete corpse one by one like some RPG’s behaviour
### compatibility
check release note for SPT version, works fine with DynamicMaps and TyrianRadar, but DynamicMaps may still shown deleted corpse
