A workaround for RAM Cleaner running only in the settings menu
This is just a recompiled port for SPT-AKI 3.10.0. I've seen many ask for this to be updated.

How to install
- Drag-and-drop CactusPie.RamCleanerInterval.dll into "BepInEx / Plugins" folder
- Open CactusPie.RamCleanerInterval 1.0.0 in-game via the F12 hotkey
