A new weapon is entering the battlefield.

Crackling static filled the airwaves as the weary voice of a PMC struggled to pierce through the chaos of battle. Amidst the distant thud of artillery and the crackle of gunfire, his words emerged in fragmented bursts, a broken transmission tinged with urgency and apprehension.

"Command, this is... Bravo Team... Do you copy? Over."

A brief pause hung heavy, the silence pregnant with anticipation, before the reply crackled through the ether, faint but steadfast.

"Loud and clear, Bravo Team. Go ahead. Over."

The contractor's voice, rough and weary, betrayed the tension of the battlefield as he began to relay his report, each word a testament to the gravity of the situation.

"We've... encountered something new... on the ground. Rumors... circulating... about a weapon... unlike anything... we've seen before. Break."

Static hissed, drowning out his words momentarily before the connection stabilized, allowing him to continue.

"It's... Deadly. Soldiers... reporting... slicing through armor... like butter. We've never seen anything like it.."

A pause, as if he struggled to find the right words to convey the magnitude of the threat they faced.

"We need... intel. Anything... you can find... about this... weapon."

Static engulfed the transmission once more, swallowing his words in its relentless embrace.

"... I don't... we're... make it... th-... Brav-... Team... out."

The Peacekeeper looks at you as you finish reading the transcript. Clearly this is some kind of sales tactic to get you to want to buy something other than the M4.

"Alright, listen. You've been working with me for a little bit so I'm going to give you access to this thing. I've got it in black and tan, with some special modifications that my guys found for me. Keep working with me, get used to the gun and I'll have even more modifications for you in the future. Apparently the guy with the silly toque has got some stuff too- but I'm giving you the better deals here."

Installation:

Drop the "user" folder into your "SPT" directory.

This mod adds the Remington ACR into SPT, along with its own mastery tree. You'll find the first black preset and mods in Peacekeepers shop at LL2, and second FDE preset at LL3. Skier has some extra mods throughout his LL's as well.

For now, it has two available chambers for it; 5.56x45 NATO, and 7.62x39mm once you get to LL4 Peacekeeper (based off of the Magpul Masada's original idea [RIP]). Just swap out the barrels and use my custom 7.62x39mm PMAG, though note that there will be some hits to weapon-performance and will need to be zeroed accordingly in using the bigger caliber.

6.8 SPC will be coming soon.

This mod has been tested and is compatible with playing with buddies. For Realism players, the gun is compatible but won't have it's own ballistics/recoil tweaks; it'll be parented to be the same as the SCAR.

PS. There's a little bonus weapon mod included with this for a closely-resembling gun... you'll have to find it for yourself. ;-)

Welcome To Tarkov (WTT) is a mod for SPT AKI that has been in development for over a year. What started as a small passion project has grown in size to incorporate 10+ core members as well as contributions from other well-known mod authors and friends of WTT alike.

How does Welcome To Tarkov change the game?

As a mod, WTT overhauls SPT AKI, touching on almost every vanilla game system, as well as adding completely new systems to the game and its core mechanics. Inspired by open-world hardcore survival projects like STALKER: Anomaly and STALKER: GAMMA, WTT takes SPT’s artificial multiplayer MMO difficulty adders and replaces them with a challenging world economy, loot scarcity rebalancing, a lore friendly quest overhaul, and a map-traveling system built from rewritten portions of the Traveler mod allowing seamless travel between maps. Aside from its changes to the game’s core properties, WTT also adds to the world’s variety of traders, NPC’s, characters, items, and quests:

  • Over 500 custom bundles adding new weapons, attachments, wearables, containers, food, medical, and barter items.
  • New bosses with their own custom gear that will be properly incorporated into WTT’s quest lines.
  • New, meaningful traders with their own lore-friendly quests and narrative elements to help the player progress through the story-line of WTT.
  • New playable characters and outfits that will add to the player’s customization abilities.
  • New quest types incorporating brand new map extraction points, putting the player’s knowledge and familiarization of SPT’s maps to the test.

Welcome To Tarkov stands as one of the largest mods created for SPT AKI thus far.

-Added Realism compatibility patch.

Major thanks to Senara for putting in the time to create this compatibility patch.

For installation of ACR mod, copy the "user" folder into your SPT directory.
-If you already have it installed, it is recommended to clear your inventory of any of the weapon's contents to prevent bricking your profile. For installation of Realism compatibility, go into the "Realism" folder and copy the "user" folder into your SPT directory.
-If you have a previous ACR mod version installed, you must update the files w/ the new ACR files in this download.

Added the ACR stock to both the Mk16 and Mk17. Finding this gets you closer to discovering the little Easter Egg in the 1.0 version. 8)

Fixed the "flying gun" bug.

Replaced the gross COD Magpul Fixed stock with legit, modelled Magpul stocks.

Added the Magpul ACR stock in both colours.

Installation remains the same. You can just overwrite the files, but I'd suggest deleting the old folder and reinstalling the new one.
