This is the MICC Case mod, originally from Revingly, updated by me.

These are the config options currently available:
“price”: Adjusts the price at which the MICC case is offered by therapist
“loyalty_lvl”: Sets the loyalty level required for the MICC case to be available
“cellH and cellV”: Defines the size of the MICC case (H for Horizontal; V for Vertical)
“containers”: Specifies the list of containers that the MICC can be placed into.
“allowMedBarters”: Determines whether Medical Barter items (e.g., Disposable Syringes) can be stored in the MICC

-Fixed the missing texture bug
Small update regarding the current bugs/missing med barter feature:
My PC died and i’m currently waiting for replacement parts (should be here within the next week);
Once those have arrived i can work on the mod again and fix the bugs. Until then a white SICC case has to do
The mod still functionally works, just visual bugs because i messed up bundles (first time working with assets of any kind)

DISCLAIMER: This Version has a visual bug where the MICC will be fully purple (aka the famous missing texture). The mod functionally works and this is purely visual, a fix will be released soon.

-Added a allowMedBarter config option (defaults to true) to allow Medical Barter items (disposable syringes etc) into the MICC case
Edit: Fixed the Server still showing 4.1.1; No need to update just for that, but if you downloaded this version prior to 09/02/25 3pm UTC the server will still say it’s version 4.1.1

- Basically a rewrite of the mod from scratch, only keeping some bits and pieces from Revingly and TimmyGG
(credits to them still for original mod, this wouldn’t have been possible without them)
- Changed the size to a 5x5 grid
- Changed pricing from 100,000 Roubles to 1,000,000 Roubles
- No config at the moment, will add that with a small update very soon
- 3.10 compatible
(Also bumped to version 4.0.0 on website as thats what i put the mod version at aswell)

The SICC texture error continues, it is now white, a solution may be possible. Thanks
I’m using the “Special slots” mod along with this, but when i put meds into the micc container and put it into the special slot, i cant actually keybind the meds. Do you think there is something that can be done to fix that?
The texture fix worked, but it replaced the SICC pouch texture with the MICC one. Also, the config option to allow for barter items isn’t in the config file and adding it manually doesn’t let barter items in.

There a way to add medical junkbox items like bloodsets, syringes etc? I believe that was a feature with the old MICC but I’m not able to do that with this one
Would you be able to make a micc where its the old one with a shit load of slots?
You can’t put injector cases in it anymore, is this intended? Was one of my favorite parts of the mod.
