Installation

- unzip it in your SPT root folder

Running

1. With the server and preferably with Tarkov running, open the app (inside user/mods/give-ui folder)

2. Use the form to connect to the server and select your character

Features

Adding items

- Select the item you want to receive. The quantity, by default, is always set to the maximum stack size

- You will receive a message with the item/s

- Linked search

User weapons presets

- When you have saved weapons presets you can add them to your character with a single click

- You will receive a message with the weapon preset

- You guessed it, you will receive a message with the level changes

Fixes:

- empty screen when no internet connection

Features:

- New “Kits” tab: allows to add all items that are stored in your equipment builds

- New “Stash” tab: see your current stash content and duplicate quickly items, since loading the image items from the cache might be slow, there is a new setting on the menu to ignore the cache

- New “linked search”: when opening the item details there is a new link to do a linked search. That will show in a modal which other items are compatible with it

I haven’t tested that much, leave a comment if you find any bug or something doesn’t work as you would expect.

When starting up, it requests the installation of “WebView2” After the installation attempt, it says “WebView2 is already installed”

Some users have this problem and im not sure if they managed to fix it since they stop replying…. Can you try to download the webview from microsoft? https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/webview2

I downloaded “MicrosoftEdgeWebView2RuntimeInstallerX64.exe “ and at startup, there was the same error that WebView2 was already installed, but I tried to run the installer as an administrator and it helped, everything was installed and the problem with the mod was resolved.

Hey mate, thx u for the mod, it’s working great, i really like it) Very useful!

But i have two requests:

  1. Can you add the possible to add items without FIR checkmark?
  2. Can you add the possible to add/unlock clothes?

I’m missing only these two option, otherwise everything is very good :)

The FIR checkmark probably can be done About the clothes, give-ui only sends existing commands to the server, if there is no command for unlocking clothes already built in SPT then give-ui can’t do it, i believe you can use SVM to unlock clothes, but i never tried

This is a fantastic mod, I’m using it to run little events for my friends and post them rewards for turning in certain dogtags. Would it be possible to add a way to stage a package beforehand? Like a way to send multiple items all at once, or a container with specific items inside?

currently there is no way to do that, but it’s an interesting idea…. i might think about it in the near future

i was thinking that trying to set up a container with specific items inside might be a pain, since i would have to calculate how many items can fit inside…. what if you would be able to select N items and add them into some kind of “cart” and then send them at once, that would be good for your use case?

your cart idea, and saving it, both sound absolutely ideal honestly! That would be absolutely perfect for sending out prize bundles to people

I have to think a bit how the UI would look for that… i would need some kind of form to name those prizes and some search of items on top… need to think :)

I’m certain you can figure it out! The peak of convenience on that UI would be a dropdown to select a profile to which to send the finalized package. Given that you select a profile at the start, it might make sense to have this inferface be parallel to that. So when you start give-ui, you either select a profile to work on giving items to as normal, or package mode where you build a package and can select a profile to send it?

If you could make it so it would say what mod an item belongs to that would be massive. Like for example “AR-15 BCM MCMR 7 inch M-LOK handguard” and it would say it’s from Epic’s All In One. I can’t find the origin of some items.

How I do it:

  1. Open your user/mods folder in VSCode
  2. Ctrl+Shift+F
  3. Paste the ID of the item you are trying to find in the search bar
  4. It will search your entire mods folder for the ID and tell you the path in the results

At some point while giving myself items the receive all button broke. Single items using the “get” button still works, but I can also no longer receive modded items. I cleared my profile of mods, wiped the cache and removed give-ui itself, but still broken with the message notification still showing for items to grab. Is there a way to fix this?

give-ui only sends messages to your tarkov client (ie: the game itself) if you can’t remove messages from it, i think is worth to mention to the SPT support guys and see if they know how to fix it, it might be even a bug on Tarkov itself

You probably have a mod installed that changes the stackMaxSize of an item and the value is set to string instead of a number

Do you any mod like that installed?

Only 3 mods modify that value and all 3 are set to a number. Try deleting them and still same error. :’)

The error is coming from an item of your inventory, so something leaked there, the easy way would be to search by ‘StackObjectsCount: “’ and you will find the wrong string

You can also share your profile and i can find them for you

Heya, noticed that it the gift code “STREAMERLOOT” gives you these Twitch Drops cases but you can’t spawn them in with Gui, would it be possible to add them?

I use em to gamble kits, I run whatever gear I get out of em, same thing for the weapon boxes actually, I was gonna ask about that one too

That should include the twitch boxes thing

Can you try to use the SPT commando thing? this is for Twitch Drops Summer 2024 case (Epic)

that one works on both, for some reason there’s about 5 or 6 of each crate, all but 1 of each kind do not work. I I’ll try to get the Id’s for the ones that work and send them to you

I think i might leave those items there, at least “some” of them work, will test a bit in a few days, i could blacklist one by one and leave only the working ones but looks like a bit too much effort
