Adds a new collection quest to Fence after the completion of Collector, Lightkeepers & Ref's questlines.
Should be compatible with any 3.9.x version in theory, only personally verified on 3.9.4 and 3.9.5

Reward:
There is a config to change various elements of the quest reward (item & Inventory size, weight & disabling of filters)

Known issues:
May run into issues with the icon overhanging the item in the stash if you set the item size to smaller than the icon (Weapon case size - 5x2)

Fixed the duplicate quest issue, MoreCheckmarks should work correctly.

I do not recommend updating from 1.0.0 if you already have the quest active, the new “combined” quest has a new quest id.
If you already have completed the quest (if you have already then wow that was fast) you should be fine to update (although the quest will be available to accept once again).
