Makes bots a little bit more fair by changing their health and character skills.

**Woah, I've finally contributed something to this community (other than being a Victim 
)
This is that one cool mod that makes bots tolerable to fight, and prevents them from basically cheating.
Features (Every option is togglable in the config):
- In depth configuration system that allows to change all of mod's options PER BOT.
- Health changes, by default set to default player health.
- Give bosses that had no armour protection some of it (Reshala, Sanitar, Cultist Priest).
- Removes OP skills from all of the bots (such as instant reloads and infinite stamina).
This includes the edits that were done by 0sleepnick and as such he has been credited as a contributor.
THIS SHOULD WORK WITH MOST MODS THAT ALTER BOTS
IT WILL ALSO WORK WITH EVERY 3.9.X VERSION UNLESS THEY CHANGE THE HANDLES AGAIN
