Version Notes

Changelog:

Added background colors to ammo boxes.
Refactored armor penetration tier calculation; the effective ammo tier is now the highest tier the bullet will penetrate at least 50% of the time, using BSG’s calculations.
Minor code cleanup and additional checks.
Minor change to the version in the package.json, compatible with version 3.11.0+ of SPT.
