KSG-12, a shotgun that can switch between left or right tube (dual tube system is not included with product). Boasting a large round capacity and it being a Kel-Tec product, Unique as one would say.

2. Open the Zip
3. Copy the content of the Zip your SPT folder
4. Enjoy
There is a bit of a quirk with Shotguns in general and that is no inventory reload. So if you are reloading on inventory and it goes to idle instead of going back to inventory, that is perfectly normal, default BSG Behaviour.
P.S Tarkov Shotguns are weird and probably broken in general

FYI the folder is renamed, remember to delete the old one when you guys update, as well as adjust your load order
