Modifies Boss and Raider HP to sane PMC like values
Simple mod to adjust bot HP values to something more realistic and fair. Will need to be updated for 3.10 or for event specific bots additions.
Testing has not been 100% thorough, but seems to be working fine without error. Bot HP is patched at database load, so performance is unaffected.

Thanks for the mod, enjoying it! Easy to tweak the boss HP too. With the improved SPT AI bosses don’t need stupid amounts of HP to be challenging.
