An update to Coyote to 3.9.X, including (hopefully) fixing the quests to work on the new Ground Zero High Level (sandbox_high).
Let me know if there's any bugs and I'll try to squash them.
Installation follows the normal way, drag the user file in, make sure you download VCQL from the dependencies.

Fixes:
Updated the Trader Helper class for the glock preset to actually be mongo'd. Trader menu should now actually work without crashing. Many thanks to Brynjarson for catching this one!

Guess who forgot to include the actual Coyote files in the VCQL hotfix? This guy ^. Many thanks to IProspero for letting me know! When I've inevitably missed something in this one, let me know in the comments and I can get a hotfix out.

There were indeed bugs in the initial release. Let me know if there's more stuff I missed!
