Simple mod to disable seasonal event detection. Affects New Years, Christmas, Halloween events.

Drag and drop the user folder into your SPT game folder
This a simple mod so it shouldn't conflict with anything (hopefully)
For reference, these are the Vanilla SPT 3.11.2 dates for seasonal events (based on your computer's clock)
In SPT 3.11.2, the ending dates are inclusive, rather than exclusive. So the event will end the day after the end date.
