i think the mod is working as intended. i believe what no requirements means is that there are no start requirements, but there are finish requirements still. you likely still need to reach the correct level, complete all required quest, and (obviously) turn in all items.

It´s kinda confusing when it doesn´t show what´s still missing though

Got the same problem. Task screen sais it´s 97% completed, but it doesn´t ask for more items and it can´t be completed.

I just finished the spa tour questline and could hand the collector in and got my kappa. Interesting

(At the same time finished Athlete and Signal Part 4)
