Is it safe to add in mid-game?
i think the mod is working as intended. i believe what no requirements means is that there are no start requirements, but there are finish requirements still. you likely still need to reach the correct level, complete all required quest, and (obviously) turn in all items.
ive turned in all the items but still cant complete the quest, any ideas what this arrow is at the bottom?
