Haven VCQL Changes:
- Added support for SPT 3.10 on the right panel
- Added ExitName condition to ExitStatus
- Added support for Faction Based Quests
- Fixed the Kills Condition for Bosses not appearing for multiple conditions

- Added context for database selections
