Sorting Strategies
Configure sorting based on multiple criteria:
- Container size
- Item size
- Item type (with customizable type ordering, kinda broken, very much WIP)
Usage
1. Configure settings according to your preferences (default settings optimized for maximum space efficiency)
2. Press the sort button
3. Global options (1) apply to both default and custom sorting methods
Custom Configuration
After first use, a customSortConfig.json file will be generated alongside the DLL. This file allows you to:
- Modify sortOrder to prioritize different sorting criteria
- Customize itemTypeOrder to define the sequence of item types when using type-based sorting
Recommended mods for maximum stash QOL and compatibility notes:
Stash Search by Dirtbikercj. DO NOT SORT in filtered view (while searching), items can mess up and need restart to see again.
Inventory Organizing Features by Nightingale originally. Waiting for updated version by someone. Fully compatible.

Some minor item type order fixes and improvements:
- Added more item types, renamed some to match in-game category, split up some types.
- Safety checks for invalid configuration, avoid unnecessary reads if it was not modified.
Please delete the old customSortConfig.json to get the new values.
