This is a simple mod that allows you to unlock the Epic and Common lockboxes that came with the new 3.10.5 update.
This mod allows you to unlock the new Arena Lockboxes that do not have a current recipe within the Workshop.
**3.11 Adds the Arena Lockboxes with their own crafts. I will not be updating this mod to accomodate and it will always be for 3.10.x**
Workshop Lv 2 is required just like the Rare lockboxes that have a recipe already.
To Install: Just drag and drop the folder from the zip into your main SPT folder and voila, profit!
This is my first mod so hopefully it works well for everyone. I tested this both on a fresh install and on my own current profile with success.
Any issues let me know!

I can’t even believe I came across this So many things in default SPT I haven’t seen/unlocked.. when I just got a few contraband boxes opened and opened again?? lol I was so stoked!

Thank you, works great! I had already leveled my workbench to 3 thinking they would unlock epics but still only had rares to craft.
Nice, I was really stuck on those damn crates. Thought I might need Workbench 3 for the epic ones, but after that not working out and also finding “common” ones I finally did some research and found this. Works like a charm.
Did you have to create the recipes, or was it only necessary to unlock them? I guess the reward pools for opening the crates where already in game?
I was wondering if it would be possible to get the category ID for the locked and unlocked boxes. I tried blacklisting all of the boxes from being listed on flea, but wasn’t successful with doing it with their item IDs on SP-Tarkov Item Search.
I did everything correct in the config for The Blacklist, but can still list them on the flea for any amount of money, and they will sell. Here is what I tried in the config.
My next attack is trying to blacklist the item category as a whole. Can you help?
I’ve been playing with this mod installed for several hours ( around 9 hours over two nights. ) And I haven’t seen a single locked case. And trust me I’m looking. Not to give away every place.. but can I get a single spawn point (One someone knows 100% they found one at.) I can check a few times to make sure it’s even working for me? I am on 3.10.5. Knowing my luck I probably saw one.. and walked right past it.
Hello, I only have the recipe to open rare containers, where are they to open common, epic containers ?
so does this give us the great plan Walter quest or just give us the unlocks? I haven’t seen a recipe for the contraband or sealed packages yet?
Where do you find the locked containers? Everything else works, just cant find them.
