The WTT team brings you the legendary AN-94 rifle with proper 2-Round “Hyper Burst” functionality and reciprocating barrel technology.

EpicRangeTime - Sound Design, Asset Sourcing, and Texture Conversions - WTT’s in-house attachment modder, also known for creating “Epic’s All In One” which adds hundreds of unique attachments to the game. Epic created the sounds for this weapon, along with finding the assets and prepping the textures for WTT’s texture workflow.

Fontaine - The SPT-Realism legend himself created the client plugin for proper 2-round Hyper-Burst Functionality. Without this portion, this gun would just be another average AK.

GrooveypenguinX - One of the founding members of WTT, lead developer, and jack-of-all-trades who helped to develop our entire codebase and backend system. Groovey is also known for developing the Punisher Boss mod - Rogue Justice, Small Cases mod, WTT- WAAC (the mod that adds women PMCs to Tarkov), WTT- Head and Voice Selector… and the list goes on. Most importantly, Groovey developed the tools that our team uses to make these crazy mods. Without that tooling, our project would be 1/4th of its current size in custom content.

Moloc - Balancing and Testing - WTT’s in-house balancer who carefully balances all of our weapons, attachments, items, and equipment to ensure that they feel good to use in-game.

Myself - Unity Prefab, Custom animations, Texturing, and Bundle Creation - Over a year ago, I developed a passion for modding this game and formed WTT alongside the other co-founders of this project. I have put a majority of my time to working with adding custom assets - weapons, attachments, items, and equipment.

Included in this mod is a SPT-REALISM Compatibility Patch created by Fontaine himself.

The weapon and associated parts are available from Prapor at Loyalty Level 3. Some attachments are flea-market only.

Included in this mod are 2 AN-94s and associated aftermarket parts. The camo variant is a unique “boss” variant of the weapon platform that has extra perks over the standard model. This weapon will only be obtainable by defeating a new boss in the actual WTT mod. For now, this weapon will be available by barter trade only.

What is Welcome To Tarkov?

Welcome To Tarkov (WTT) is a mod for SPT AKI that has been in development for over a year. What started as a small passion project has grown in size to incorporate 10+ core members as well as contributions from other well-known mod authors and friends of WTT alike.

How does Welcome To Tarkov change the game?

As a mod, WTT overhauls SPT AKI, touching on almost every vanilla game system, as well as adding completely new systems to the game and its core mechanics. Inspired by open-world hardcore survival projects like STALKER: Anomaly and STALKER: GAMMA, WTT takes SPT’s artificial multiplayer MMO difficulty adders and replaces them with a challenging world economy, loot scarcity rebalancing, a lore friendly quest overhaul, and a map-traveling system built from rewritten portions of the Traveler mod allowing seamless travel between maps. Aside from its changes to the game’s core properties, WTT also adds to the world’s variety of traders, NPC’s, characters, items, and quests:

• Over 500 custom bundles adding new weapons, attachments, wearables, containers, food, medical, and barter items.
• New bosses with their own custom gear that will be properly incorporated into WTT’s quest lines.
• New, meaningful traders with their own lore-friendly quests and narrative elements to help the player progress through the story-line of WTT.
• New playable characters and outfits that will add to the player’s customization abilities.
• New quest types incorporating brand new map extraction points, putting the player’s knowledge and familiarization of SPT’s maps to the test.

Welcome To Tarkov stands as one of the largest mods created for SPT AKI thus far.
