I only want to have Winter and even despite having it set to 90 and all the other seasons to 1, it’s not exclusively showing up

I modified the config.json file. My expectation is that all seasons should have the same random probability, and that it should be possible to have rain as well as storms. Did I edit the configuration correctly, and will it achieve what I want?
i seek mod that can exclude winter and still rotate seasons and weather. this mod fits it?

Hey! I was able to get the season I want which is awesome and I also haven’t seen any rain like I want which is also awesome!! My question is, how do I set the weather within raid? I don’t see an option in the f12 menu for the mod or anything. Thanks for the help!
Installed. Set “stormyWeatherPercentChance” to 0. Started raining the first raid. Did I do something wrong? I loathe rain in this game. Please help me make it go away.
