I’m aware that there is a localization error upon quest completion. This mod is turning into a questline, will be renamed Tarbacco with the next update.

we need smoking mod
just imagine: you just killed goons on customs AT 1:32 am and you loot pipe from big pipe to take some smoke which give you some buffs and chillout
