
Replaces weapon sounds with beefier sounds
Replaces in-game weapon sounds with beefier sounds. Audio plays a big role in immersion and I wanted a change of audio environment. Sounds are a combination of Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2019, Call of Duty Cold War, Warface, and my own recordings and remixes. Throughout my learning experience, I am getting better and learning more about audio and modding. This mod uses some default sounds for some weapons/movements. Changes are forthcoming and additions are planned.

Vital coding logic
In the client 16584, new weapons often do not include a separate “bank” file for the weapon firing sounds. These are now rolled into the actual weapon container. To workaround this since you cannot create your own dependency, is to export the weapon bank monobehaviors. Edit these and point the sounds to the custom sound bundle you pointed your foley sounds to. Then replace the bank files with your custom ones.

patch for the mod to work on SPT 3.7.5 or below .
Is it possible to configure the mod so only certain weapons are modded? I’m not sure which files are needed or not.

Could the suppressed MDR 7.62 have a beefier sound than the 5.56 version? Right now they’re both the same weak “pew”.

Hello! I downloaded this mod, it is incredibly good! Anyway, I was playing a raid and i found a tt pistol from a scav that i killed. But when i shot it, there was no sound! i could only hear the bullet ricochet around the walls. Also, some guns get glitched. like mp-133, when i started using it i noticed that barrel overlaps with the gun itself.And there was no sound sync. When i reloaded it, the animation didnt start and my guy was just holding the gun like nothing happened. He was loading the gun but there was no animation basically.
If you wonder, i was playing on factory, spt aki 3.1.0 19078
This works for 3.2.1? Or any plans to update it to that version and add sounds to the new weapons?
AK sounds are a bit too overpowering atm. Thought I was getting shot at by a kord but no, ak-105.
I love this mod a lot, could you please update to 2.3 if you get the chance?
