I noticed that since version 4.0, many mods are now placed in the SPT folder, rather than in the user folder in the root folder. Is this an innovation or did I get something wrong?

Yes, it changed with version 4.0, it is now <Game>/SPT/user/mods

Thank you very much. I hope the authors will redone the mods as soon as possible and specify the folders correctly from the beginning so that we don’t need to manually expand all of them.
