This mod will add new optic sight from ELCAN: C79A2 aka SpecterOS3.4x. It's a original green rubber cover version from Squad and my personal black edit. You can find it at the flea market or lvl 1 standind Mechanic.

Install it just like any other mod, unzip it and drag and drop the SamSWAT-C79A2 folder into the mods folder, located in 'user/mods'. Make sure you haven't put folder into another folder, path should be precisely like this: "GameFolder/user/mods/SamSWAT-C79A2/modcontents".
