Core mod for my future and maybe past custom weapons.

I don’t even know what to write here. I just separated the repeating functions that I use in my weapons into a single mod so that I don’t have to copy them over and over again. Does nothing on its own and unless I haven’t explicitly mentioned it, you probably don’t need it.

Reworked the item creation script.
- Had to disable the part that was automatically adding parts to correct sections of categories because it was doing it incorrectly and all of my weapon ended up in the DMR category on my end, probably in some other categories on others. It will break the older versions of my mods that relied on the old version of the core mod so PLEASE UPDATE ALL OF MY MODS THAT REQUIRE IT (sorry about this).
- Had to rework the part that names and adds presets to the handbook.
Finally included the bitcoin miner.
