More voices from gfl1 (the_real_nickisnothing’s idea) for the following dolls: Springfield, Suomi, Tololo, Vector, Voymastina, Yoohee, Belka, Basti and Alva

PMC bots can now use the voices! If you however dont like this change, you can modify the GFLVoices.json in the the mod folder “SPT\user\mods\GFLVoices\db\CustomVoices\GFLVoices.json” and change the usec and bear values to zero.

Once again, if you find any issues, say it in the comments. The other dolls will receive new voices soon. Peace
