Fix Halloween Summon Event

Originally, sectactPriestEvent was being generated correctly, but they couldn’t perform the summoning ritual. Now, it works fine.

I'm a beginner in client modding, so I haven't done extensive testing, but I tested it twice, and it worked fine.

Huge thanks to the many SPT community team members who helped make this mod possible!
