Added configuration file to tweak Hydration and Energy to values of your liking. The mod will ship with these at 0 (since that’s the purpose of the mod) But default values are 2.6 for hydration and 3.2 for energy.

Added Config Values for Passive Regen of Energy and Hydration when not in raid. Defaults are 1. This could help with other mods where you may want to balance these regen times.
