Your rigs are too small. Fix that.

Makes your rigs bigger.

On the outside. This mod balances the absolutely ridiculous nature of EFT’s rigs, and stops you from increasing the space in your backpack by shoving rigs inside. All rigs will take up at least as much area externally as they offer internally. There’s a formula for this inside the mod, but the breakpoints are:

<10 capacity rigs become 3x3
<13 capacity rigs become 4x3

(In practice, the above two cases don’t matter. All <12 capacity rigs are already more than big enough, and this mod doesn’t shrink rigs.)

<17 capacity rigs become 4x4
<21 capacity rigs become 4x5

<26 capacity rigs become 5x5

<31 capacity rigs become 6x5

Note: Adding this mod will cause some inventory issues if a resized rig now has neighbours ‘inside’ its area.

For some reason the mod isn’t loading on 3.1.1 for me. It isn’t printing a message in the server either which is rather strange. I have tried using it with no other mods and have also tried clearing the cache, both through the launcher and by deleting the folder itself. Any ideas?

It isn’t supposed to print out a message when the server loads, so that’s normal. -To make sure it’s working, though, you can open up mod.ts, and find this line:

if ([“5448e5284bdc2dcb718b4567”].includes(itemdb[id]._parent))

{

and add this directly beneath it:

console.log(Changing item ${database.locales.global.en.templates\[id\].ShortName})

That should list all the items it’s changing the size of. Note that you won’t see that information appear in your console until you’ve started the game, slightly before you reach the main menu.

It looks like both Fins AI Tweaks and BigRigs almost have the same stuff inside the folder. BigRigs does not work, it looks like you got the wrong version uploaded.

It should work, it just has FAIT’s config editor for some reason. As long as you don’t try and use the config editor, it should be fine, but I’ll upload a version with that removed!
