Marked Room Loot Is Great Again!

Currently, the following containers are added to the marked room loot pool.
I will be adding more (like plate and streamer container), including valuables, to the loot pools as time goes on and I have the ability to work on the mod.

- Medicine case
- Lucky Scav junk box

- Secure container Alpha
- Secure container Epsilon
- Secure container Kappa
By default, the following spawn in Marked Room already.
- Ammo case
- Docs case
- Dogtags case
- Injector case
- Key tool
- Keycard holder
I will be adding the ability to tailor these probabilities to the config soon™

Added the ability to adjust Docs, Ammo, Injector, Dogtags, Keytool, and Keycard Holder (and anything else you may want to adjust yourself however, no support provided) probabilities via the config > locations object.
Added Reserve, and Streets Marked Rooms to the loot pool adjustments. All 3 marked rooms are now "in full effect" for the mod.
