This mod enhances game extracts: accessible from any spawn side, adjusts random extract chance, enables payment for CO-OP extracts, allows backpacks for no-backpack extracts, simplifies cliff extracts with gear changes, and imposes max hold time.
Open Extract
Features:
- Make extracts available no matter what side of the map you spawned.
- Updates the percentage that random extracts are available.
- Updates CO-OP extracts to be useable via payment (like cars).
- Updates no-backpack extracts to be useable with backpacks.
- Updates cliff extracts to be useable without a paracord, red rebel, and with an armored rig.
- Sets a maximum hold time for extracts.
- Ability to update payment extract currency and amount.
- Ability to reset payment extract timers when the player leaves the extract area and returns later.
Known Issues:
- Anything handled client-side can not currently be changed by this mod. Examples:
- All scav extracts.
- Green flare requirement for the Klimov Street extract on Streets of Tarkov.
To Install:
- Decompress the contents of the download into your root SPT directory.
- Open the refringe-openextracts/config/config.json5 file to adjust configuration options.

I’m the only one who thinks it would be nice to confirm all the outputs. So that you need to press the button, and not just get into the trigger. I can’t count how many times I’ve gone out unwittingly.
Not exactly a bug, more of a question
How can I set specific extracts to always be open, without opening ALL of them (I only want a always available on limited extracts, for ex ZB14, 16, customs boat, vehicle extracts, etc…)

For clarification, been tweaking the settings, chance based extracts are still spawn side dependant from what I can tell

I have a suggestion for a configuration option:
When ignoreEntryPoint is enabled, maybe another option to convert these extracts to paid extract or “safe” leaves where you only leave with what you brought in (even excluding quest items). I really like the idea of all extracts open but feel like it’s a bit OP.
I’m confused as to where I should install this. The instructions are not the same as the file structure seems to show. Either way I can’t for the life of me get this to work.
Scratch that. Right after I posted this I reinstalled it again and reconfigured. I don’t know what I did differently but it’s working now.
