-Subsonics are now accounted for, any round with a velocity of less than 343m/s will not trigger tinnitus (unless you are in a building), this is also accounted for with bots

Updated so that now helmets and helmet components that restrict the ear pro slot will no longer trigger tinnitus, also nerfed grenades so that their contusion effect isn't as painful anymore
