Do you hate inertia? So do I. Here's a Bepinex mod to handle that. Laugh while all the online tarkov players are miserable.
Handles a lot of values for your specific player. I do not have a clue what 80 percent of them do but the ones that make the most difference seem to be
finalIK section values.
You can customize with F12 in Bepinex Config Menu (i don't know why you would need to though)
Installation
1. Unzip the zip file directly to your SPT-AKI folder. You will now have a dvize.FUInertia.dll file that is located in your SPT-AKI/Bepinex/Plugins folder.

- Tried to Remove the speedlimiters to help side strafing. they are configurable (enable them to remove speed limits) in the bepinex menu. They are enabled by default. Thanks to ssh for having all those values for me to reference.

I've fixed it to the point i'm happy with. Now it feels super smooth. Turns out that messing with FinalIK was the trick.
I might take a look at tilt again but i have provided all of the values as customizable values in bepinex menu (it took me a long time).

Think i finally got the side step down - the animation will still play but i try to dampen it with the strafe coeffecient.
Added the following values you all can mess with.. half of it i have no idea what it does:

SprintSpeedInertiaCurveMax - maybe animation related
SprintBrakeInertia
SprintTransitionMotionPreservation - inertia with changing sprint mode?
WalkInertia
SpeedInertiaAfterJump - this you can tell by jumping, you stop immediately
TiltInertiaMaxSpeed - think this is animation related to when you tilt.
SideTime - no idea.
InertiaBackwardsCoefficient - inertia backwards..
StrafeInertionCoefficient - inertia strafe.. i set to negative value since its multiplied somewhere.
