SPT 3.9+

  1. Exclude fuel since that consumption should be normal
  2. Fix patch to let updates handle the complete production sequence normally (was causing dictionary errors).
  3. Exclude bitcoin from instant calculation so it doesn’t exceed up to the bitcoin maximum amount allowed (the production time is like 40 seconds with 1 graphics card for one.. i don’t know why but good enough for me).
