I use motion blur enabled with my Amand's Setup. Cry about it. In my opinion, Amand's Motion Blur makes Tarkov look way better since it runs like ass for most people, but since opinions aren't facts, you can turn it off by ticking the Advanced Options checkbox in your F12 Menu and turning the instances of it off in the 'Graphics' Tab in the same menu.
