It’s the same for me, nothing is saved or changed. Mb is the problem because of Tarkov? I have a licensed version of tarkov

Doesn’t appear to work if SPT server is running on a different machine, even if you put that machine’s IP in the backend URL field. Start Game button just keeps trying to launch the server locally.
