does this trader sell the V3 flash drive needed for the DSPT craft?

I just Downloaded it after I skipped the part of “Getting Acquainted” where you need to obtain the flash Drive. From what I can tell this causes the flash drive to not spawn in raid anymore. Questor sells the V3, so you can buy it off the trader and then do the craft for the upgraded transmitter in the Intel Center.

So, I’ll explain. I need to find the V3 flash drive on the beacon, and encode the transponder. And then go with this transponder to the lightkeeper. Resorting to your methods, I will be left with an uncoded transponder, and as a result, I will not be able to cross the bridge. I hope I’ve made myself clearer now.

You can also use Skipper to skip individual parts of quests, and still get the rewards
