• move Dormitory folder to user/mods

Dormitory mod:

• Concentrates the spawn points in the open zone selected in the configuration file [ /cfg/cfg.json ].
• Changes the loot in the selected zone to the most valuable that is in the game.
• Makes some changes to the number of bots.
