SPT 3.7.6 Compatible

DRIP opens it's arms to you - now a core mod, DRIP makes it easy to add your own content to the game.

The next evolution of DRIP.

Now a lightweight mod made to be expanded upon by you, DRIP Core no longer adds it's own items, instead simply adding 2 custom traders, and the ability to (relatively) easily add your own custom retextured gear into standalone "packs", and share them among the community.

THIS MOD NO LONGER CONTAINS ANY GEAR OR CLOTHES BY DEFAULT!

Features overview:

  • Introduces our brand new and innovative "pack system", bringing with it a new era of sharing custom gear and clothes for the SPT AKI community. Gone are the days of complicated folder structures and keeping track of multiple files for just 1 item, instead now all that's needed is the item bundle itself, and a single .json5 file alongside it. That's it! Adding your own custom retextured items to tarkov has never been easier!
  • Adds 2 traders who will sell all your custom items. Moron, who you should all already be familiar with, will specialize in iconic pre-2000s camouflage patterns, and any civilian or eccentric clothes he can find in the ULTRA mall. And it turns out black market dealing runs in the family, since now his younger sister Georgia is joining the trader roster. Being much more of a military nerd than her brother, she plans to sell more modern and commercial patterns currently in use by military around the globe.

If you already have the original DRIP mod installed, please ensure that you delete your existing "ColetteBlackpaw-DRIP" folder entirely!

FEATURED: DRIP Legacy Collection

Configuration options are located within DRIP\config\config.json5. This can be edited with any basic text editor or IDE.

NoClothingRequirements:false by default. Makes all clothing free from Tupitsa and Georgia, also removing any quest completion requirement(s).

AddClothingToBots:true by default. Determines whether DRIP clothing will be added to the bot generation clothing pools. Setting this to false will also disable the tag system.

AddEquipmentToBots:true by default. Determines whether DRIP equipment will be added to the bot generation equipment pools.

UseDRIPTagSystem: true by default. DRIP includes a custom bot generation feature for selecting matching bot clothing. Each piece of clothing has a set of tags, where a matching set of clothing has a chance to be selected for an AI. Currently this feature is only applicable to PMC's and some boss followers. Setting this to false will add clothing to the base game bot generation system.

VanillaClothingPricePercentage:100 by default. Percentage of the original cost of vanilla items. Can be used either for discounts or increased prices. Cannot be lower than 0.

vanillaclothing: true by default. Applies tags to vanilla clothing and adds them to the DRIP tag selection system.

CollectionInDescription: true by default. Adds the name of the collection that an item is from to its description.

DebugNames: false by default. Adds the name of the collection that an item is from to its name. Used primarily for debug.

Huge thanks to the following people, starting with the MILF Modding Team:

Ari - Main coder, edited JustNU's base for ease of use and support of custom item costs, simplified so much code. Without her I would still be working on this mod, now a year and a half later, with still no release.

Jehree - Secondary coder, added quest support, fixed some stuff, and multiple other things. So much help and I'm so appreciative of it!

Svbtext - Awesome texturer who has learned extremely quickly, my first student. Created a bunch of content and texturing templates. Very happy to have them on the team!

JustNU - Made the original base that we've worked off, as well as supplying his old templates for making clothes. Huge help when issues arise, too!

0kae - Made a ton of additional Black equipment and textures, as well as the custom Tagilla welding masks. Thank you for the contribution!

FALMonsta - Made the Grey and Black Baja Jackets, provided some templates. Thank you for the contribution!

Mx - Made the Coyote Momex, as well as two soon-to-be-added Momex masks. Thank you for the contribution!

Wolfosito - Currently unreleased (gotta figure out how to add em LOL) mesh edits, as well as models!

Gaby - Extensive help with testing the mod and input on changes that need made. Thank you so much for helping me make sure we're good for 1.0 release!

WestParkGuy1104 - Help with testing the mod and input on changes that need made. Thank you as well for the help in making sure 1.0 will be successful!

Tyrian - Hella support and just happy to have em in the discord :)

Rhyufer - Additional camo assets!

fghkl4565 - Permission to integrate the Classic Gorkas mod after it was discontinued, thank you so much for your contribution!

Virtual - Their wonderful base for a quest system has made the questing possible, as well as implementing our new clothing tagging system!

RaiRaiTheRaichu - Thank you so much for your edit of Shturman's jacket as well as the viewmodels for it and the security jacket!

And all of our testers and community!

Merry (late) Christmas!

A long time in the works, DRIP 1.1.3 comes to you just before the new years. We have rewritten how a lot of things work, updated textures, and more listed below!

- DRIP now is a CORE mod, reducing the size of the basic download, and splitting the current content into three "Collections" These collections can be individually chosen and picked. Part 1 will come with quests and a large amount of content while parts 2 and 3 are the remainder of the legacy content. This change was aimed at making the mod open to the public to make their own retextures compatible with our system, making them able to be sold via our traders, added to bots, and even use our tag system allowing their retextures to accurately mix and match with bots. The change was also made with reducing download times in mind for people, and so that any bug fixes don't take another 6gb download. Overall this is a huge improvement.

- What the above also means is people can now create their OWN collections for our core! Included in this download, in the ContentPacks folder, is an example file structure. Additionally, we've created a simple write-up on creating your own retexture and adding it to our mod via existing files inside of the legacy collections. That write-up can be found here and an additional basic readme also linking to said write-up exists in the example collection.

- Many old textures have been updated to look much, much better thanks to Svbtext, who has carefully gone through and updated how the textures were made completely from scratch. Many, many textures are now far better looking. Additionally some new textures have been created and included in the collections.

- New trader and clothing being split between traders! Tupitsa now sells older equipment only. Our new trader, Georgia, is unlockable via a quest and will sell new equipment. This will reduce the issue of having to dig to find the clothes you're wanting.

- TLDR: New quests, new textures, quest changes, bug fixes, texture fixes, new collections system, new trader, new DRIP.

Updated to 3.6.1

Added:

VSR-93 Prototype camo "Barvikha" available on the following clothing:

Patrol Jacket
Gorka-E
Surplus Jacket
Surplus Pants
Zaslon Pants

Added a config for JustNU's Vanilla Clothing Extension clothes to be added to the tag system. Enable it in the config file only if you use the mod!

Preparing for a large update. This was released more as a hotfix for people to be able to use DRIP on 3.6.1, rather than being an actual update. We have an extremely large and exciting update coming soon.

Additional notes:

Coming soon, DRIP will be separated into a core and three content portions to help reduce download issues for people, reduce file size, and play into a new system we plan to implement. All DRIP content will be available via this mod page still, and the new core will be available via a separate mod page. The core will be similar to JustNU's in that others are welcome to, and in fact encouraged, to create new content utilizing the mod, and will include tutorials and resources for the creation and addition of new textures as well as tag system files. Additionally, quests can be included in these content packs.

Thank you all for supporting the mod!

Hi all! Apologies this update took so long. We've included a brand new system aimed at making PMCs dress more realistically to real players, huge thanks to Virtual for their code and help, and becoming an official member of MILF!

This system will make it so, a certain percentage of the time, PMCs will choose from a list of tags, which hold clothing. They may choose a wide variety, such as "woodland" which will give them matching woodland upper and lower clothing items. Or they might get more specific, such as choosing "emr" which will give them matching EMR upper and lower. This system is designed to replicate real players trying to make their PMC fashionable. Please enjoy and let me know if you run into issues with this system!
