A rush of adrenaline when shot (with some limitations)
Gives you a short painkiller effect with some adjustable options in the F12 menu. Heavily inspired by Kobrakon's Adrenaline and my first attempt at modding

- New option to enable logging
- New option to disable drawbacks, which for now disables the tunnevision effect that triggers after the adrenaline rush
Adrenaline Rush now only triggers on your player and no longer on scavs and pmcs
