New black (or close to) variants of weapon mods and gear

Turn FDE attachments, weapons, and gear in the game to black with BlackCore, over 50 items retextured with some of them adding a new spice to the textures. Topographic lines, skulls, etc. A lot of effort went into making these retextures. Enjoy!

Removed black AUG because there is one in EFT now (make sure to delete weapon presets where the black aug is used and in stash)
Added default presets for all painted weapons
Added black GPNVG (Will be added to helmets in TGC soon)
Added painted weapons to be counted in Elimination quests where the original weapon has to be used. This does not include Gunsmith quests

~~I need help with testing this release against a new fresh profile in SPT 3.10.5. To see if the mastering tab works like it should.~~
