So I'm having a couple issues with NarcoNet hopefully I can get figured out. I am the fika host for me and 1 friend, no headless is used. I boot up the server and everytime I try to join my own server, I'm informed I'm out of sync with some 60+ files and looking through the list its always every single config file in the BepinEx folder, despite not touching any of them. Additionally, my friend tried to join and now has been a "Download Failed" message. I looked through his log file but didn't see anything stand out and not sure where the problem lies. Having an issue with the first quest where once you get a reflex sight, if you turn it in right away, the counter for X/5 goes up by 1 as intended, but the "find in raid" counter goes down by 1. You have to hold onto all 5 and turn them in together, unlike the rest of the find X in raid quests

Can confirm for anyone else, the mod [Medical Attention](https://forge.sp-tarkov.com/mod/147/medical-attention#description) by jbs4bmx is incompatible with this mod in their current versions. Unfortunate since they're both great mods but MA doesn't allow comments to make this known on that page. Not sure if this could be fixed by an adjusted load order or not, unsure how it works for 4.0.
