Since I have no idea how to model or make mods myself, I would like to share some of my otherwise useless knowledge and ideas I have if your interested:

Orsis AS-15 - Russian domestically produced AR-15 in 5,56x45 and aesthetically somewhat similar to HK-416. civilian versions are typically semi-automatic, but many rifles used by FSB, and some SSO units used very commonly are fully automatic.

RA-15 - AR-15 rifle chambered in 5,45x39 currently undergoing trials by special forces since 2019 I believe, some are in civilian market. Limited manufacture.

SV-98M rifle - A chassis and rail overhaul of SV-98, and has mostly completely replaced all SV-98s in active service in Russian army currently. Can use base SV-98 bolt and barrel already in game.

MTs-116M rifle - Developed in 90s it is a bolt action hunting rifle cambered in 7,62x54, it is occasionally seen in service with Russia MVD (police/national guard, and is in much wider use in Belarusian police and army. It also utilizes SVD magazines.

ASVK rife - (if you are feeling ambitious) Replaced old 12,7 KSVK anti material rifles in early 2010s in Russian and Belarusian armies, and is widely used. you can probably utilize the 12,7x108 cartridges already in game in use by the NSV, as they already have the AP (B-32) and tracer (BZT) rounds for this caliber which should suffice.

SVU rifle - Bullpup integrally-suppressed variant of SVD rifle that also has a full-automatic fire mode, developed by KBP Tula in 90s and first used by FSB in counter terror operations in the south, and is still seen in small numbers in use by FSB today. Would be incredibly fun to use in game.

PKP bullpup kit - made by ZiD and some parts by Zenitco, its literally just a regular PKP, but with the pistol grip and magazine moved forward and a wire extension to move the trigger forward. Extra ergo)))))

SR-2 Udav pistol - chambered in 9x21, competed alongside the PL-15 pistol, and also entered service in small numbers similarly like the PL-15 pistol, similar silhouette to PL-15 pistol in looks.

SR-3M rifle - Essentially an AS VAL, but integral suppressor removed and replaced with handguard with integral vertical folding grip, and a removable suppressor. The 30 round 9x39 magazines in game were originally developed alongside this weapon.

A-545 rifle - Counter-balanced and fast firing rifle chambered in 5,45x39, it is child of AEK-971 that was used and tested in 90s. It is currently used in service in small batches.

Cochevnik bullpup kit - Zenitco bullpup furniture that can be applied to mostly any AK rifle, removed rear stock, just and extends pistol grip and trigger forward with a trigger wire linkage attached to old trigger. Used in limited numbers by FSB since 2010s.

RG-6 grenade launcher - 6 round cylinder grenade launcher similar to milkor M32 in game. Used widespread in conflicts of 1990s, and uses VOG-25 grenades. Would be fitting for Tarkovites.

GM-94 pump grenade launcher - FUN (thermobaric grenades = MORE FUN)

I hope my otherwise random knowledge and handling experience may be of help. I can offer more explanation, and some other materials to base modeling off of if you ever consider any of these weapons, or others.

Why Deagle with the small caliber?

Also, RM277? By any chance?

RM277 no, I think someone else wants to make it. Also, the Deagle is using .357 because the model I found is based on that cartridge type.
