I don’t think you understand how licenses or IP works at all. The patches don’t contain or distribute any of your files or code, no license in existence restricts someone from referencing an Id. Even if they were, note that changing the license is not retroactive, any previous uploads that were distributed under a different license are still subject to your previous license. In addition, licensing other people’s and BSG’s content like that doesn’t even make sense.

No one is “harassing you”, can you explain how someone making a compatibility patch that you can just ignore is harassment? Can you prove or show how this has affected you in a negative way, how people didn’t “leave you alone” beyond simply asking about Realism compatibility in comments time to time (all modders are asked about compatibility with other mods)? You can easily just ignore the patches and you’d never know they existed.

You’ve always been actively hostile towards me for some odd reason, attacking me and my work, which I just largely ignored. It seems that your hatred has spilled over to the point that the idea of someone writing some JSON to make our mods compatible pains you. I am sorry to say that in the real world you can’t control people using our mods together with licences, which seems to by why you took down the download links to your mods.

You are not the victim here, you’ve created your own drama for no rational reason. All you’re doing is bringing more negative attention to yourself. I’d advise simply just ignoring the patches like any adult would.

And your goons seem to have no concept of simple consent and respect for other people with the constant bickering about the compatibility patches and then going to openly violate my simple request to not make a compatibility patch and post it here. They also can’t help themselves and advertise their own bypasses in the comment sections.

Every time I’ve interreacted with you in relation to this specific matter, it was in response to you claiming it’s against any license to make compatibility patches, or slandering me by claiming that I am “harassing” you.

I am not “harassing” you or getting “goons” to attack you. I do not have “goons”, they are random users with their own free will that I have not knowingly interacted with or directed to do anything.

You abused the system put in place that’s intended to declare other mods as incompatible out of spite. This caused people to comment on it. You declared that “You are not allowed to post a compatibility “patch” here on this site.” as if it’s against any rules or licensing, which is completely untrue, which caused others and I to comment. Now you’ve removed the download links to your mods, which brought more attention to yourself, and made these comments that are again full of untruths and slander, causing me to reply.

I hope you can see the pattern here, where all this “harassment” you claim to have experienced (in reality, a literal handful of comments, none of which were hateful or harassing) was a direct result of your actions. If you had simply ignored people making compatibility patches none of this would have happened, no one would have commented anything.

Outside of this I have barely if at all interacted with you, and I encourage anyone reading this to check all of Pettan’s threads on the various SPT-related discord servers and you will see no “harassment” by me or anyone else.

No one needs your consent to play with your mods and Realism mod, nor do they need consent to write a literal JSON file that’s a PATCH FOR REALISM MOD, to make it compatible with your or any other mods. It doesn’t touch or replace any of your files, it doesn’t include any of your code, it goes into a folder inside of Realism mod’s server module. You can’t make completely unhinged and irrational requests and then claim “harassment” or “predatory behaviour” (???) when people ignore said requests, especially when it includes mods that port BSG’s or other people’s IP/content.

Claiming that any of this is equivalent to fostering “rapist-like mentality” is completely unhinged and says a lot about you and nothing of me. Please show any evidence of me directing anyone to be an internet rapist and harass you or make patches for your mods specifically.

Not entirely sure how this is negative to you in any form. You could just ignore the patches being made. If anything it might help with less people asking you for a patch since other users making a patch will likely make more.

Hi pettan, i would like to ask, since the removal of your mods, that i was hoping to use them for my SPT, where, us, users that do not use realism mods, can still get access to them ? do you have any discord or something like that where we can still get in touch with you or other ? i sent you also a DM on about that, on what i think, is your discord.

I didn’t follow any guide but just reverse engineered what people have already done.
You should have a basic understanding of how the SPT database handles its items.
What you should be looking at the following folders within the SPT database itself
\Aki_Data\Server\database\locales\global (This is where you find the IDS to look up below)
\Aki_Data\Server\database\templates\items.json

\Aki_Data\Server\database\templates\handbook.json

\Aki_Data\Server\database\globals.json

\Aki_Data\Server\database\traders

These would be the bare minimum. Just remember most mods only interact with what they deem necessary when adding items.

None of my 3.8.0 mods adds that caliber. I don’t remember ever adding that specific caliber from my previous publish work either.
