I have the same issue im using version 1.5.1 and Fika Sync Addon, to repeat just merge any medical item (in my case grizzly) 704/1800 with a 100/1800 it becomes a 804/1800 then at "offer already bought" or raid end, 100/1800 Durability Grizzly is returned in "sorting table" as it tried to occupy another items place and the other one is back at the original 704/1800 durability. No error in server.
