Yo I got ambushed at Scav House in woods by a full squad of these guys while I was in the open and It was one of the coolest firefights I've had in this game. I was able to retreat to some cover and call in an A-10 gun run from Sam Swat's Fire support mod, this took out the MG gunner but I still had several of them pushing me while tossing nades and suppressing me. I was barely able to stop my bleed in time when all was said and done. Great work Toaster! This and UN Go Home have quickly become two of my favorite mods.
