There appears to be an issue where the game freezes during loading before reaching the main screen when this mod is installed. It seems that KmyTarkovConfiguration.dll is configured to support only English and Chinese, which can cause freezing if another language is set as the default.
I have confirmed that adjusting it to default to English for other languages resolves the issue. Could you please take a look at this when possible?
